I'm surprised that, given his apparent bias, Ralph Fasciscelli would admit that England has such a large problem with criminals misusing illegally possessed firearms in light of the ongoing and increasingly aggressive attempts to eliminate private firearms use by their government. I understand that their Olympic teams even had to practice outside England due to the legal climate. It certainly doesn't seem to fit his position to point out that criminals will always get the means to commit crimes somehow in spite of any laws passed to hinder them.
