George was great, but I don't understand the complaints about Mark. He is always pleasant, helpful and encouraging to the guests. I assume the management may want someone who asks questions that an average novice cook may ask if they had the chance. Otherwise you are left with experts who don't need to explain to each other the techniques they are using. It would be nice to know how George is doing, but not at the expense of being rude to Mark. This is a teaching show as well as entertainment.
