Here is the recipe correction sent by the folks at KYVE Valley Fresh Fare:

"The ingredients should have called for four, 4-ounce veal cutlets. The per serving count listed was for all four servings. The nutrition count should have read 1,016 calories with 50 g fat per serving. The calorie and fat count can be reduced if the veal is baked rather than fried."
