Meet the Host, Amy Pennington
Amy Pennington has been an ingredient in Seattle's restaurant scene since working at Tom Douglas's Palace Kitchen nearly 15 years ago. When not in the kitchen she's produced KIRO radio's weekly In the Kitchen with Tom & Thierry and has taught classes at Seattle Culinary Academy and Bastyr University.

Just had lunch at Everest Kitchen, Shoreline, WA.. Do go! Indian food. I had a chicken, cashew, curry, that was amazing. I requested all white meat and was happily acomidated for a little extra $. Raitta and naan, ummy.
