Meet the Host, Amy Pennington
Amy Pennington has been an ingredient in Seattle's restaurant scene since working at Tom Douglas's Palace Kitchen nearly 15 years ago. When not in the kitchen she's produced KIRO radio's weekly In the Kitchen with Tom & Thierry and has taught classes at Seattle Culinary Academy and Bastyr University.

How many times does "Jud" need to say "if you can get a table" at How to Cook a Wolf? Did it ever cross his mind to make reservations? It's called Open Table. Look into it.
I've been there twice and it's never been as crazy busy as he wants to make it seem. Perhaps the marketing firm he works for handles their PR?
Just watched this first episode myself. Thought it was a great concept and idea. It's hard to get a good idea of what's going on in the local culinary world. Especially in the small neighborhoods like Queen Anne.
I really like the Pink door, but have never stopped into the 5 Spot or How to Cook a Wolf. I appreciated the local reviews, i'll be planning on a visit to each myself.

This was the first time we have seen your show. We loved it!! There was just one problem. It would be nice if you always included a critic with a certain level of culinary experience and command of the English language. We ended up counting the amount of times that poor Ann Marie said 'like' in her sentences. I doubt that she had any experience beyond 'Burger King' in her 'growing up' culinary outings. Please aim just a little bit higher!! We know that you are trying to include a wide spectrum of the public. It's just that you could aim just a bit higher to include people that would be interested in the topic in general.

1) Learn how to use technology--you posted your feedback twice.
2) You should look into the usage of your own grammar--it too could use some work.
3) The concept of this program is to feature local diners, not professional restaurant critics, so I suppose you're watching the wrong sort of program if the latter is what you desire.
