Meet the Host, Amy Pennington
Amy Pennington has been an ingredient in Seattle's restaurant scene since working at Tom Douglas's Palace Kitchen nearly 15 years ago. When not in the kitchen she's produced KIRO radio's weekly In the Kitchen with Tom & Thierry and has taught classes at Seattle Culinary Academy and Bastyr University.

this was the best program that I have seen. I have watched all, I think. I must say the photography is the best I have ever seen. This program has done more for local economy than anything else Please continue. I want to go to all the places I have seen.
