For me, I love the Slacker Especial at The Dish in Fremont (Seattle). It’s a tiny place, so get there EARLY or you’ll have a long wait! Ditto Tilikum Place Café on Cedar Street near the KCTS 9 studios. The omelets and Savory Dutch Baby—yum!

I really love having breakfast at Wild Wheat in Kent. They have the most delicious lemon infused hollandaise sauce that they serve over their eggs benedict. I'm an eggs bene connoisseur and it is the best I've ever had!
