A few weeks ago, the Queen Anne Farmers Market kicked off amid a lot of fanfare and hoopla. The Mayor was there, along with city councilors and state lawmakers, to celebrate the opening with the denizens of one of Seattle’s oldest neighborhoods.
Why such a big deal? Because this year’s market almost didn’t happen.

We were thrilled to see this bit of video extolling the virtues of farmer's markets, both large and small. We are quite militant on the subject, having long enjoyed the assorted farmer's markets in the area as both venues to perform and places to shop.
But, seeing as you used our music and faces, it would have been nice for you to mention *somewhere* that the band was Snake Suspenderz and could be found at snakesuspenderz.com.
Local bands deserve support just as much as local markets.
I'm just sayin'...
